Restructuring/turnaround of a business

As a first step, we analyse the current financial situation and the reasons that distressed the business. As a second step, we develop detailed business plan with different scenarios, and action plan to restructure the business. Furthermore, we prepare information memorandum (Management deck), which includes overall presentation of the company operations, business model, clients/suppliers relationships, management team, financial performance, and business plan.We develop a detailed action plan to meet the targets set out in the business plan and restructure the company. As a final step, we present the business plan to banks, potential private equity or/and hybrid (Mezzanine) instruments sponsors and help our clients in the negotiation, due-diligence and documents closing processes to insure maximum protection of their interests.
