As a first step, we analyse the current financial situation of the business, prepare a business plan, financial strategy and valuation. Furthermore, we develop detailed information memorandum (Management deck), which includes overall presentation of the company operations, business model, clients/suppliers relationships, management team, financial performance, business plan, detailed action plan to achieve the business plan, and valuation. As a next step, we prepare a short-list of potential interested buyers, coordinate it with our clients, coordinate the NDA signing process, and start the negotiation process with the interested buyers. Finally, we coordinate the due-diligence (data room and its population) and documents signing process to ensure maximum protection of our clients’ interests.
