Development of business plan, development of financial strategy and optimal capital structure to fund the business plan, preparation of valuations based on the business plan. Furthermore, we prepare presentation (management deck) of the business and the business plan, which we present to potential capital providers: banks, mezzanine/hybrid instrument and private equity sponsors.
