The purpose of the project was to structure a bank loan for financing the company’s growth. The initial phase of the project focused on detailed analysis of company’s financial performance during the last three years. The project continued with development of detailed five-year business plan based on opening particular new locations and financial strategy to fund the forecasted growth. The business plan and the finance strategy were presented to prospective financing banks. In the last phase of the project, we assisted the client with the negotiation process, communication and documents flow management with the bank, coordinated the process for setting up the collaterals and utilization of the bank financing.
