Undisclosed fast-food service company

The project’s scope was focused on development of a business plan, raising equity and bank financing to accelerate the growth of the company. We developed a detailed business plan, financial strategy, post-money valuation, presentation and overall strategy for negotiations (percentage of ownership) with private equity sponsors. As a next step, we organized a meeting with private equity sponsors and started the negotiation process. We assisted our client through the non-binding offer review, negotiations of the term-sheet, due-diligence and the document closing processes.
