Project Description

The scope of the project was to assist the client in the overall process of selling his business to multinational investor. The initial phase of the project focused on detailed analysis of the company’s financial performance, development of business plan over five-years time horizon, valuation of the business based on the expected growth and development of a presentation for the potential investor. The second phase involved meetings with the potential investor during which we presented the business plan, the valuation and started the negotiation process. The final stage included assistance in the non-binding offer review, set-up and population of a data room, overall coordination of the financial and legal due-diligence process.
