Undisclosed transportation company

The scope of the project was to structure a management buy-out transaction. We analyzed the company’s financial performance for the last three years, developed a detailed business plan over five-year time horizon based on number of existing and new vehicles, developed financial strategy for the buy-out transaction and overall presentation of the case. As a second step, we organized meetings with Mezzanine sponsors and banks to present and negotiate the envisioned buy-out transaction. Furthermore, we assisted the client in the term-sheets reviews, the due-diligence process, and overall coordination of the transaction closure.
